Below is a great routine for you to utilize while on vacation and during your stay at the best hotel off of Sukhumvit Road.

When traveling it is usually best to get in a full body workout since you want to spend as little time in the gym as possible, allowing yourself to experience the sights, sounds and eats of the bustling city of Bangkok.

Full Body Workout

5 Minute Treadmill or Bike to Warm Up

Incline Press: 5 Sets

● Rep Range: 15-12-10-6-12

Dumbbell Flys: 4 Sets

● Rep Range: 12-10-8-6 then finish with a Drop/Superset of 12-15 reps

Standing Shoulder Press: 4 Sets

● Rep Range: 15-12-10-6

4 Supersets of Front and Side Raises:

● Rep Range 12-10-8-6

Bent Over Rows: 5 Sets

● Rep Range: 12-10-8-6-15

Pulldowns or Pull-Ups: 4 Sets

● Rep Range: 15-12-10-8

Deadlifts: 5 Sets

● Rep Range: 15-12-10-8-6

Goblet Squats: 5 Sets

● Rep Range: 15-12-10-8-6

Skull Crushers: 4 Sets

● Rep Range: 12-10-8-6 Drop/Superset 12-15 Reps

Pushdowns: 4 Sets

● Rep Range: 15-10-8-6

Standing Barbell or Dumbbell Curls: 5 Sets

● Rep Range 15-12-10-8-6 Drop/Superset 12-15 Reps

Hammer or Incline Curls: 4 Sets

● Rep Range: 12-10-8-6

Cool Down: 5-10 Moderate Walk or Bike

Don’t forget to stretch.

This routine should only take you about 45 to 60 minutes. Meaning you shouldn’t be resting too much in between sets. It’s okay to take a little longer rest in between each exercise though. But you’ll want to keep your heart rate up and blood pumping into your muscles throughout the routine.
