Apartments and Rates

We are a 4-Star property.

Our different apartment categories comprise 92 Studio Deluxe, 18 Studio with Balcony, 19 One-Bedroom Lohas Suite, 7 One-Bedroom with Balcony, and 8 Two-Bedroom with Balcony. All are equipped with the modern amenities you would expect from a high class serviced apartment including spacious living and dining areas, work areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Rates are charged per apartment and vary according to single/double and triple occupancy. Very attractive long-stay rates are available.

All reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Credit card is required for all reservations made via superhotelthailand.com. For your protection, the reservation processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your credit card information.

We usually block an amount on the credit card, equivalent to 1 night’s room charge to guarantee payment but this block will be automatically released in two weeks if not redeemed. Furthermore, we do not charge without proper authorisation from the guest. However, select packages may require full-prepayment at the time of booking but this will be made known at the time of making the reservation.

Guests can choose to settle the bill in cash or credit card at the time of check-out.

To cancel your booking without incurring charges, contact the Reservations Department at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. You will be given a cancellation reference number. Please note that you must be booked on a ’Flexible’ rate type as ’Advance Pre-Paid’ rates are non-refundable.

Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of three people. The third bed is normally a rollaway type and charged at the prevailing cost. Children under 11 years old sharing a room with parents using existing bedding free of charge and breakfast is THB 175 per person per day charge for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years. Free breakfast for children from 0-4 years old.
